ASCON's KOMPAS is recognized by «PC Magazine/Russian Edition» as «Best Soft 2007» in nomination «Applied Software»

At summarizing editorial board emphasized, that KOMPAS-3D is a well-known in Russia, constantly developing system for three-dimensional solid parametric modelling. Key features of the program are in own mathematical core and parametric technologies allowed quickly obtaining models for typical products basing on a once designed prototype. In KOMPAS-3D are realized almost all the abilities for 3D solid modelling standard for CAD. The program is compatible with IGES, SAT, XT, STEP, VRML formats and allows to manage projects including several thousand parts. Users especially attention is paid to built-in interactive library «KOMPAS-ABC».
