Autodesk Expands Operations to Support Growing Customer Base in Russia and Surrounding Areas

SAN RAFAEL, Calif., and MOSCOW, July 14, 2004— Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK), the world's leading design software and digital content company, executing on one of its key corporate initiatives for the fiscal year, continues to expand into new markets by opening an office in Moscow this summer. The office will bring Autodesk closer to its growing number of customers in the region, enabling current and future customers to create, manage, and share their design information to better build their businesses in a fast growing, increasingly competitive economy. The news was announced at a press conference in Moscow attended by leading industry and business media.
