UGS Reports Year-End Revenue of US$1.15 Billion

LANO, Texas – UGS Corp., a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, today announced full year 2005 and fourth quarter 2005 results. Total revenue increased to US$1.15 billion, or 18 percent growth over the same period a year earlier, as the company saw an increase in total revenue in each geographic region compared to the combined revenues of Jan. 1, 2004 to May 26, 2004 (Predecessor) and May 27, 2004 to Dec. 31, 2004 (Successor).
