UGS Reports 3rd Quarter Revenue of US$253.8 Million or 18 Percent Growth

PLANO, Texas - November 12, 2004 – UGS, a leading global provider of product lifecycle management (PLM) software and services, today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. Pro forma financial highlights from the third quarter include: revenue of US$253.8 million, or 18 percent growth over the same period a year earlier; overall software revenue growth of 16 percent over the same period a year earlier.
